Stoughton Village Players has been around
since 1972 as a part of our growing community. A non-profit
organization, we have survived and thrived almost entirely
on ticket sales and volunteer support.
In 2003-2004, we undertook an ambitious project:
purchase the historic Badger Theater, renovate the exterior
and make it our home. We accomplished that goal and the Village
Players Theater is a bright spot in Stoughton's revitalized
downtown.
Phase 2 of the renovation plan is now ready
to begin with improvements to our auditorium: new chairs,
new carpeting, new paint and repairs. This new program is
called SIT (Supporting Improvements
to the Theater) and it offers a few opportunities
to reward and recognize our donors.
Goal: Raise $38,000 by May, 2009, for
installation in summer, 2009
Questions can be directed to Dan
at sit@stoughtonvillageplayers.org.
ALL DONORS WILL BE INVITED
TO A SPECIAL EVENT AND PERFORMANCE AFTER INSTALLATION.
THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.
